Any notary appointed as custodian of a will containing a legacy in favour of a region or a regional public establishment shall be required, as soon as the will is opened, to send the president of the regional council or the representative of the legatee establishment a full copy of the testamentary provisions.
The copy shall be written on plain paper and a receipt shall be issued for the documents transmitted.
Tout notaire constitué dépositaire d’un testament contenant un legs en faveur d’une région ou d’un établissement public régional est tenu, dès l’ouverture du testament, d’adresser au président du conseil régional ou au représentant de l’établissement légataire la copie intégrale des dispositions testamentaires.
La copie est écrite sur papier libre et il est délivré récépissé des pièces transmises.
