Article R4226-1 of the French Labour Code

The provisions of this chapter lay down the rules relating to the use of permanent and temporary electrical installations. They also lay down the rules relating to the construction, by the employer, of temporary electrical installations or new permanent electrical installations or relating to additions and modifications made by the employer to existing electrical installations.

Elle fixent également les règles relatives à la réalisation, par l’employeur, d’installations électriques temporaires ou d’installations électriques permanentes nouvelles ou relatives aux adjonctions et modifications apportées par celui-ci aux installations électriques existantes.
