The decisions of the Disciplinary Board shall be made public by posting.

The names and addresses of the parties may be rendered anonymous by the Disciplinary Board, in particular where this could infringe privacy or professional secrecy.

The same applies to copies sent to third parties.

Les décisions de la chambre de discipline sont rendues publiques par affichage.

Les noms et adresses des parties peuvent être rendus anonymes par la chambre de discipline, notamment lorsque ces mentions pourraient porter atteinte au respect de la vie privée ou du secret professionnel.

Il en est de même dans les copies adressées aux tiers.
