Article R4234-38 of the French Public Health Code

The decisions of the Disciplinary Chamber of first instance and the orders of its president become final on the day following the expiry of the time limit for appeal if no appeal is lodged.

Where an appeal is lodged, the decision of the Disciplinary Board of First Instance becomes final on the date of notification to the pharmacist of the decision of the National Disciplinary Board or the order of its chairman rejecting the appeal.

Les décisions de la chambre de discipline de première instance et les ordonnances de son président deviennent définitives le lendemain de l’expiration du délai d’appel si aucun appel n’est formé.


Lorsqu’un appel est formé, la décision de la chambre de discipline de première instance devient définitive à la date de notification au pharmacien de la décision de la chambre de discipline nationale ou de l’ordonnance de son président rejetant l’appel.
