I.-Article R. 761-1 of the Code of Administrative Justice is applicable before the Disciplinary Divisions.
In the event of withdrawal, the costs may be charged to the plaintiff or applicant.
II.-The costs of a decision of the Disciplinary Board of First Instance or of an order of its Chairman made pursuant to article R. 4234-3 of this Code that has become final or that has been reversed by the National Disciplinary Board shall be recovered by the competent Central or Regional Council.
The costs of decisions of the National Disciplinary Board shall be recovered by the National Council.
Final decisions and orders of conviction shall constitute the writ of execution for the recovery of costs.
Where, in order to recover costs, the competent Council must implement the enforcement procedures of ordinary law, the costs disbursed for this purpose shall be added to the costs.
Where the costs are to be borne by the State, the procedures applicable to the enforcement of administrative decisions shall be applied.
