The Association’s disciplinary bodies assess the extent to which a pharmacist is liable under disciplinary law for the professional actions of another pharmacist under his authority.

The respective disciplinary responsibilities of one and the other may be engaged simultaneously.

Les instances disciplinaires de l’ordre apprécient dans quelle mesure un pharmacien est responsable disciplinairement des actes professionnels accomplis par un autre pharmacien placé sous son autorité.
