Article R4241-8-2 of the French Public Health Code

Each candidate’s file is sent to the pharmacy inspectorate, which sends the list of beneficiaries to the Director General of the Regional Health Agency.

In accordance with the conditions laid down in article L. 4241-9, the Director General grants authorisation to continue to work as a pharmacy assistant, with the rights, prerogatives and obligations attached to this status. The holder of the authorisation thus issued shall register it with the regional health agency of the departments in which he works as a pharmacy dispenser.

If the application is rejected, the Director General of the Regional Health Agency will notify the person concerned.

Le dossier de chaque candidat est transmis à l’inspection de la pharmacie, qui adresse au directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé la liste des bénéficiaires.

Celui-ci accorde dans les conditions prévues par l’article L. 4241-9 l’autorisation de continuer à exercer l’emploi de préparateur en pharmacie, avec les droits, prérogatives et charges qui sont attachés à cette qualité. Le titulaire de l’autorisation ainsi délivrée la fait enregistrer à l’agence régionale de santé des départements où il exerce l’emploi de préparateur en pharmacie.

En cas de rejet de la demande, le directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé en avise l’intéressé.
