Article R4301-10 of the French Public Health Code

In application of article L. 4304-1 and under the conditions of article L. 4311-22, the practice of advanced practice by a nurse who is a national of a Member State of the European Union or of another State party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area is subject to a prior declaration specifying that it concerns the practice of advanced practice nursing.

Articles R. 4311-38 to R. 4311-41-2 are applicable. The receipt provided for in article R. 4311-38-2 mentions the field of advanced practice nursing corresponding to the professional qualifications declared by the applicant.

En application de l’article L. 4304-1 et dans les conditions de l’article L. 4311-22, l’exercice en pratique avancée d’un infirmier ressortissant d’un Etat membre de l’Union européenne ou d’un autre Etat partie à l’accord sur l’Espace économique européen est subordonné à une déclaration préalable qui précise qu’elle concerne l’exercice d’infirmier en pratique avancée.

Les articles R. 4311-38 à R. 4311-41-2 sont applicables. Le récépissé prévu à l’article R. 4311-38-2 comporte la mention du domaine d’intervention d’infirmier en pratique avancée correspondant aux qualifications professionnelles déclarées par le demandeur.
