He/she participates in the evaluation of the team’s training needs and in the development of training initiatives.

He/she contributes to the production of knowledge by participating in research work relating to nursing practice.

Au sein de l’équipe, l’infirmier exerçant en pratique avancée contribue à l’analyse et à l’évaluation des pratiques professionnelles infirmières et à leur amélioration ainsi qu’à la diffusion de données probantes et à leur appropriation.

Il participe à l’évaluation des besoins en formation de l’équipe et à l’élaboration des actions de formation.

Il contribue à la production de connaissances en participant aux travaux de recherche relatifs à l’exercice infirmier.
