The nurse in training for the advanced practice nurse State diploma may take part in the activities and acts mentioned in article R. 4301-3 within the framework specified in article R. 4301-1, in the presence of a nurse holding the advanced practice nurse State diploma or, if not, a doctor.
L’infirmier en cours de formation préparant au diplôme d’Etat d’infirmier en pratique avancée peut participer aux activités et actes mentionnés à l’article R. 4301-3 dans le cadre précisé à l’article R. 4301-1, en présence d’un infirmier titulaire du diplôme d’Etat d’infirmier en pratique avancée ou, sinon, d’un médecin.
