The certificate of extension of the examination of an application for first issue of a residence permit provided for in Articles L. 421-22, L. 421-23, L. 421-26 to L. 421-29, L. 422-14, L. 423-1, L. 423-6, L. 423-7, L. 423-11 to L. 423-16, L. 423-22, L. 424-1, L. 424-3, L. 424-9, L. 424-11, L. 424-13, L. 424-18, L. 424-19, L. 424-21, L. 425-1, L. 425-3, L. 426-1, L. 426-2, L. 426-3, L. 426-5, L. 426-6, L. 426-7 and L. 426-10 authorise the holder to carry out a professional activity in mainland France in accordance with the regulations in force.
The same applies to the “L. 426-1”, “L. 426-2”, “L. 426-3”, “L. 426-5”, “L. 426-6”, “L. 426-7” and “L. 426-10”.
The same applies to the certificate of extension of the examination of the application for the first issue of a residence permit issued on the basis of articles L. 421-1 and L. 421-3 or article L. 421-34, provided that the holder meets the conditions mentioned in article L. 5221-2 of the French Labour Code, as well as on the basis of articles L. 421-9 to L. 421-11 and L. 421-13 to L. 421-21, provided that the holder is in possession of a long-stay visa or a long-stay visa valid as a residence permit as referred to in 1° and 2° of article L. 411-1.
The extension certificate is issued to the holder of the long-stay visa or the long-stay visa valid as a residence permit as referred to in 1° and 2° of article L. 411-1.
The certificate extending the processing of an application for the first issue of the residence permit referred to in article L. 426-12 does not authorise the holder to work, unless it is issued in application of article L. 426-13 and the beneficiary has been residing in France for at least one year.
The certificate of extension of the examination of an application for renewal of a residence permit allowing the holder to carry out a professional activity authorises the holder to carry out an activity on the territory of mainland France within the framework of the regulations in force.
