Article R431-17 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

The visas mentioned in 6° to 18° of Article R. 431-16 allow their holder to stay in France beyond a period of three months and within the time limits mentioned in the same article, on condition that the person concerned, within three months of the date of entry into France, declares in particular the date of entry and their place of residence there, using a teleservice, under the conditions laid down by order of the Minister responsible for immigration.
This order specifies the terms and conditions for using the teleservice accessible via the internet.

Article R431-17

Les visas mentionnés aux 6° à 18° de l’article R. 431-16 permettent à leur titulaire de séjourner en France au-delà d’une période de trois mois et dans les limites de durée mentionnées au même article, à la condition que l’intéressé, dans un délai de trois mois à compter de la date de son entrée en France, déclare notamment la date de cette entrée et le domicile qui y est le sien, au moyen d’un téléservice, dans les conditions prévues par arrêté du ministre chargé de l’immigration.
