When participating in or promoting research involving the human person, particularly in the field of nursing care, nurses must comply with the provisions of Title II of Book I of Part One of this Code.
The same applies to their participation in an organ procurement activity mentioned in Book II of the same part.
Lorsqu’il participe à une recherche impliquant la personne humaine, notamment dans le domaine des soins infirmiers ou en est le promoteur, l’infirmier respecte les dispositions du titre II du livre Ier de la première partie du présent code.
Il en est de même en ce qui concerne sa participation à une activité de prélèvements d’organes mentionnée au livre II de cette même partie.
