Article R4312-52 of the French Public Health Code

Nurses are prohibited from receiving benefits in kind or in cash, in any form whatsoever, directly or indirectly, from companies providing services or producing or marketing products covered by compulsory social security schemes. However, the exceptions provided for in articles L. 1453-6 and L. 1453-7 apply to nurses.

Il est interdit à l’infirmier de recevoir des avantages en nature ou en espèces, sous quelque forme que ce soit, d’une façon directe ou indirecte, procurés par des entreprises assurant des prestations, produisant ou commercialisant des produits pris en charge par les régimes obligatoires de sécurité sociale. Toutefois, les exceptions prévues par les dispositions des articles L. 1453-6 et L. 1453-7 s’appliquent aux infirmiers.
