Article R4312-53 of the French Public Health Code

Nurses shall ensure, in particular when participating as an expert in a body, group or other commission organised by the public authority, that they declare any interests which may call into question their impartiality and independence, or which may affect the quality of their expertise or judgement. He shall comply with the procedures organised for this purpose by the public authority.

L’infirmier veille, notamment lorsqu’il participe en tant qu’expert à une instance, groupe, ou autre commission organisés par l’autorité publique, à déclarer les intérêts susceptibles de mettre en cause son impartialité et son indépendance, ou de nuire à la qualité de son expertise ou de son jugement. Il respecte les procédures organisées à cette fin par l’autorité publique.
