Article R4312-88 of the French Public Health Code

Nurses may enlist the help of one or more self-employed colleagues, under the conditions set out inarticle 18 of law no. 2005-882 of 2 August 2005 in favour of small and medium-sized enterprises.

Each of them carries out his activity in complete independence, without any link of subordination, and in compliance with the rules of the profession, in particular the free choice of the nurse by the patients, the prohibition of competition and the prohibition of unfair competition.

L’infirmier peut s’attacher le concours d’un ou plusieurs confrères collaborateurs libéraux, dans les conditions prévues par l’article 18 de la loi n° 2005-882 du 2 août 2005 en faveur des petites et moyennes entreprises.

Chacun d’entre eux exerce son activité en toute indépendance, sans lien de subordination, et dans le respect des règles de la profession, notamment le libre choix de l’infirmier par les patients, l’interdiction du compérage et la prohibition de la concurrence déloyale.
