The issue of the EC declaration of conformity or the declaration of incorporation and the affixing of the CE marking carried out in a Member State of the European Community shall have the same effect as the corresponding formalities carried out under the conditions laid down in this subsection.
La délivrance de la déclaration CE de conformité ou de la déclaration d’incorporation ainsi que l’apposition du marquage CE réalisés dans un Etat membre de la Communauté européenne produisent les mêmes effets que les formalités correspondantes réalisées dans les conditions prévues par la présente sous-section.
