Article R4313-44 of the French Labour Code

In order to obtain approval of its quality system, the manufacturer must submit an application for assessment to a body, which must include :

1° The name and address of the manufacturer ;

2° the places of design, manufacture, inspection, testing and storage ;

3° The technical file provided for in Article R. 4313-6 for one model of each machine listed in Article R. 4313-78;

4° Documentation on the quality system;

5° A written declaration specifying that the same application has not been submitted to another notified body.

Article R4313-44

Pour obtenir l’approbation de son système de qualité, le fabricant introduit, auprès d’un organisme, une demande d’évaluation qui comprend :

1° Le nom et l’adresse du fabricant ;

2° Les lieux de conception, de fabrication, d’inspection, d’essai et de stockage ;

3° Le dossier technique prévu à l’article R. 4313-6 pour un modèle de chaque machine citée à l’article R. 4313-78 ;

4° La documentation sur le système de qualité ;

5° Une déclaration écrite spécifiant qu’une même demande n’a pas été introduite auprès d’un autre organisme notifié.
