In the event of failure to comply with the obligations set out in this section, authorisation is withdrawn by order of the Minister responsible for labour after obtaining the opinion of the Conseil d’orientation des conditions de travail and after the head of the body has been invited to present his observations.
This order specifies the conditions under which the files held by the body are made available to the Minister responsible for labour.
En cas de manquement aux obligations définies à la présente section, l’habilitation est retirée par arrêté du ministre chargé du travail après avis du Conseil d’orientation des conditions de travail et après que le responsable de l’organisme a été invité à présenter ses observations.
Cet arrêté précise les conditions dans lesquelles les dossiers détenus par l’organisme sont mis à la disposition du ministre chargé du travail.
