Article R432-1 of the French Code of civil enforcement procedures

The bailiff shall draw up a report of the eviction operations, which shall contain the following information, under penalty of nullity:
1° A description of the operations carried out and the identity of the persons whose assistance was required;
2° The designation of the court competent to rule on disputes relating to the eviction operations.
The minutes are signed by all the persons mentioned in 1°. If they refuse to sign, this is noted.

Article R432-1

L’huissier de justice dresse un procès-verbal des opérations d’expulsion qui contient, à peine de nullité :
1° La description des opérations auxquelles il a été procédé et l’identité des personnes dont le concours a été nécessaire ;
2° La désignation de la juridiction compétente pour statuer sur les contestations relatives aux opérations d’expulsion.
Le procès-verbal est signé par toutes les personnes mentionnées au 1°. En cas de refus de signer, il en est fait mention.
