In the context of a therapeutic activity, any salaried contract with a person practising another health profession, whether regulated or not, as well as any collaboration contract involving a relationship of subordination, must, in accordance with article L. 4113-9, be communicated to the Conseil départemental de l’ordre.

Dans le cadre d’une activité thérapeutique, tout contrat de salariat d’une personne exerçant une autre profession de santé, réglementée ou non, ainsi que tout contrat de collaboration génératrice de liens de subordination sont, conformément à l’article L. 4113-9, communiqués au conseil départemental de l’ordre.
