The masseur-physiotherapist shall ensure that the persons who assist him in his practice are informed of their obligations with regard to professional secrecy and comply with them. In particular, he shall ensure that the confidentiality of his professional correspondence is not breached by those around him.

Le masseur-kinésithérapeute veille à ce que les personnes qui l’assistent dans son exercice soient instruites de leurs obligations en matière de secret professionnel et s’y conforment. Il veille en particulier à ce qu’aucune atteinte ne soit portée par son entourage au secret qui s’attache à sa correspondance professionnelle.
