The practice of physiotherapy involves the issuing by the physiotherapist of certificates, attestations and documents, the production of which is prescribed by legislative and regulatory texts. The prescriptions, certificates, attestations or documents issued by a masseur-physiotherapist are written legibly, in French, are dated, enable the practitioner from whom they are issued to be identified and are signed by him or her.

L’exercice de la masso-kinésithérapie comporte l’établissement par le masseur-kinésithérapeute des certificats, attestations et documents dont la production est prescrite par les textes législatifs et réglementaires. Les prescriptions, certificats, attestations ou documents délivrés par un masseur-kinésithérapeute sont rédigés lisiblement, en français, sont datés, permettent l’identification du praticien dont il émane et sont signés par lui.
