I. – The masseur-physiotherapist is authorised to include in directories for public use, whatever the medium, :
1° His surname, first names and professional address, how he can be contacted, days and times of consultation ;
2° His status with regard to health insurance organisations;
3° His diploma or degree entitling him to practise his profession;
4° Where applicable, his participation in a health network or care structure.
5° His diplomas, titles, functions and specificities of practice recognised by the Conseil national de l’ordre and honorary distinctions recognised by the French Republic.
It may also mention other information useful for informing the public, taking into account the recommendations issued in this regard by the Conseil national de l’ordre.
Joint practice companies may make themselves known under the same conditions.
II. – It is forbidden for a masseur-physiotherapist to obtain, in return for payment or by any other means, a digital listing giving priority to information concerning him or her in the results of an Internet search.
