Article R4321-45-1 of the French Public Health Code

Subject to the adaptations provided for in this sub-section, elections to the regional and inter-regional councils of the Order of masseur-physiotherapists shall take place under the conditions provided for in Chapter V of Title II of Book I of Part Four of this Code.

Voting shall take place by post or, where the National Council has so decided in application of article R. 4321-36, by electronic means.

The results of the election are published without delay by the director of the regional health agency of the region concerned or of the region in which the headquarters of the inter-regional council is located on the agency’s website.

Sous réserve des adaptations prévues par la présente sous-section, les élections au sein des conseils régionaux et interrégionaux de l’ordre des masseurs-kinésithérapeutes ont lieu dans les conditions prévues au chapitre V du titre II du livre Ier de la quatrième partie du présent code.

Le vote a lieu par correspondance ou, lorsque le Conseil national l’a décidé en application de l’article R. 4321-36, par voie électronique.

Le résultat de l’élection est publié sans délai par le directeur de l’agence régionale de santé de la région concernée ou de la région dans laquelle est situé le siège du conseil interrégional sur le site internet de l’agence.
