The masseur-physiotherapist, without yielding to any abusive request, facilitates the patient’s obtaining the social benefits to which his condition entitles him.

To this end, he is authorised, with the patient’s consent, to communicate to the consultant practitioner of the social security body to which he belongs, or belonging to a public or private body which decides on the allocation of social benefits, the information which is strictly necessary.

Le masseur-kinésithérapeute, sans céder à aucune demande abusive, facilite l’obtention par le patient des avantages sociaux auxquels son état lui donne droit.

A cette fin, il est autorisé, avec le consentement du patient, à communiquer au praticien-conseil de l’organisme de sécurité sociale dont il dépend, ou relevant d’un organisme public ou privé décidant de l’attribution d’avantages sociaux, les renseignements strictement indispensables.
