Article R4322-27-1 of the French Public Health Code

When a regional or inter-regional council of the professional body finds that there is an objective reason likely to call its impartiality into question, on receipt of an application, it will immediately forward the application to the president of the national council of the professional body, who will immediately allocate it to another council and simultaneously inform the applicant concerned by any means capable of proving the date of receipt.

Lorsqu’un conseil régional ou interrégional de l’ordre constate qu’il existe une raison objective susceptible de remettre en cause son impartialité, lors de la réception d’une demande, il transmet immédiatement celle-ci au président du conseil national de l’ordre qui l’attribue sans délai à un autre conseil et en informe simultanément le demandeur concerné par tout moyen permettant d’apporter la preuve de sa date de réception.
