Article R4322-36 of the French Public Health Code

Every chiropodist must refrain, even outside the practice of his profession, from any act likely to bring it into disrepute. They may not engage in any other activity at the same time as that of chiropody which is incompatible with the rules applicable to the profession.

Tout pédicure-podologue doit s’abstenir, même en dehors de l’exercice de sa profession, de tout acte de nature à déconsidérer celle-ci. Il lui est interdit d’exercer en même temps que la pédicurie-podologie une autre activité incompatible avec les règles applicables à la profession.
