The chiropodist is prohibited from:
1° prematurely disclosing to health professionals with a view to immediate application a new and insufficiently tested treatment procedure if he has not taken care to warn them of the possible dangers it may entail;
2° Disclosing the same procedure to a non-professional audience when its efficacy and safety have not been demonstrated;
3° Misleading the good faith of practitioners or customers by presenting to them as beneficial and harmless a procedure that has not been sufficiently tested.
