If goods have been left on the premises or deposited by the bailiff in an appropriate place, the eviction report shall also contain, on pain of nullity:
° An inventory of these goods, indicating whether or not they appear to have a market value;
° A mention of the place and conditions of access to the premises where they were deposited;
° A summons to the evicted person, in very conspicuous characters, to remove the goods within a non-renewable period of two months from the date of delivery or service of the document, failing which the goods that have not been removed will be sold at public auction if the inventory indicates that they appear to have a market value; otherwise, the assets will be deemed to have been abandoned, with the exception of personal papers and documents, which will be placed in a sealed envelope and kept for two years by the bailiff;
° Mention of the possibility for the person being evicted to contest the lack of market value of the property, on pain of inadmissibility, within one month of delivery or service of the document;
° Indication of the enforcement judge with territorial jurisdiction to hear the dispute;
° The reproduction of the provisions of articles R. 121-6 to R. 121-10, R. 442-2 and R. 442-3.
