Article R4332-1 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

For the application of Article L. 4332-1, the appropriations entered in the Finance Act for the allocation to the regions for the exercise of their competences in the field of continuing vocational training and apprenticeship, less the appropriations corresponding to the financing by the State of the collective adult vocational training centres in the regions of Guadeloupe, Guyane, Martinique and Réunion, are distributed between the regions as follows:

a) Each region receives appropriations in an amount equal to that of the appropriations transferred to it pursuant to the Finance Act in respect of the previous financial year;

b) The balance of the allocation to the regions for the exercise of their competencies in apprenticeship and continuing vocational training is distributed:

1° 80% according to the structure and level of qualification of the working population in each region;

2° 20% according to the capacity of the existing training system in each region.

Article R4332-1

Pour l’application de l’article L. 4332-1, les crédits inscrits dans la loi de finances au titre de la dotation aux régions pour l’exercice de leurs compétences en matière de formation professionnelle continue et d’apprentissage, déduction faite des crédits correspondant au financement par l’Etat des centres collectifs de formation professionnelle des adultes dans les régions de Guadeloupe, Guyane, Martinique et de la Réunion, sont répartis entre les régions ainsi qu’il suit :

a) Chaque région reçoit des crédits dont le montant est égal à celui des crédits qui lui ont été transférés en application de la loi de finances au titre de l’exercice précédent ;

b) Le solde de la dotation aux régions pour l’exercice de leurs compétences en matière d’apprentissage et de formation professionnelle continue est réparti :

1° A concurrence de 80 % en fonction de la structure et du niveau de qualification de la population active dans chaque région ;

2° A concurrence de 20 % en fonction de la capacité d’accueil de l’appareil de formation existant dans chaque région.
