Persons fulfilling the conditions defined in articles L. 4332-2, L. 4332-4 and L. 4332-5 are authorised to perform, on medical prescription and after a neuropsychological examination of the patient by the doctor, the following professional acts:
1° Psychomotor assessment ;
2° Early education and psychomotor stimulation ;
3° Re-education of psychomotor development disorders or the following psychomotor disorders by means of dynamic relaxation techniques, movement education, bodily or plastic expression and rhythmic, play, balancing and coordination activities:
a) Delays in psychomotor development ;
b) Maturation and tonic regulation disorders;
c) Body schema disorders
d) Laterality disorders ;
e) Disorders of spatio-temporal organisation ;
f) Psychomotor dysharmonies ;
g) Tonic-emotional disorders ;
h) Motor and movement disorders, dyspraxia ;
i) Motor impairment ;
j) Psychomotor inhibition ;
k) Psychomotor instability ;
l) Graphomotricity disorders, excluding re-education of written language;
4° Contribution, through body approach techniques, to the treatment of intellectual deficiencies, character or personality disorders, emotional and relational regulation disorders and disorders in the representation of the body of psychic or physical origin.
