Article R4332-7 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

For the determination of the expenditure incurred by the State in 1998 in respect of training initiatives for young people under the age of twenty-six pursuant to II b of Article 82 of Law no. 83-8 of 7 January 1983 on the division of powers between the communes, départements, regions and the State, the operating cost of training hours and staff costs, the remuneration of trainees, the cost of managing agreements and the cost of financing the reception, information, guidance and monitoring network for young people in terms of vocational training are taken into account.

Article R4332-7

Pour la détermination des dépenses exposées par l’Etat en 1998 au titre des actions de formation destinées aux jeunes de moins de vingt-six ans en application du II b de l’article 82 de la loi n° 83-8 du 7 janvier 1983 relative à la répartition des compétences entre les communes, les départements, les régions et l’Etat, sont pris en compte le coût de fonctionnement des heures de formation et les frais de personnel, la rémunération des stagiaires, le coût de gestion des conventions ainsi que le coût du financement du réseau d’accueil, d’information, d’orientation et de suivi des jeunes en matière de formation professionnelle.
