Le fait d’exercer la profession d’orthophoniste ou celle d’orthoptiste dans les locaux ou les dépendances des locaux commerciaux, sans respecter les dispositions des articles R. 4341-19 ou R. 4342-16, est puni de l’amende prévue pour les contraventions de la quatrième classe.
