Article R435-2 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

For the application of article L. 435-2, when considering whether to grant a residence permit, the prefect will assess, in the light of the circumstances of the case, whether to issue a temporary residence permit marked “employee”, “temporary worker” or “private and family life”.

Pour l’application de l’article L. 435-2, lorsqu’il envisage d’accorder un titre de séjour, le préfet apprécie, au vu des circonstances de l’espèce, s’il délivre une carte de séjour temporaire portant la mention ” salarié “, ” travailleur temporaire ” ou ” vie privée et familiale “.
