Article R4351-2-4 of the French Public Health Code

When practising within the framework of an in-house pharmacy, the medical electroradiology manipulator is authorised, under the technical authority of a pharmacist, to assist in carrying out :

1° The activities defined in 6° of Article R. 5126-9 ;

2° The reconstitution of radiopharmaceutical medicinal products;

3° Putting ready-to-use radiopharmaceutical medicinal products into a form suitable for their use.

Lorsqu’il exerce dans le cadre d’une pharmacie à usage intérieur, le manipulateur d’électroradiologie médicale est habilité, sous l’autorité technique d’un pharmacien, à aider à réaliser :

1° Les activités définies au 6° de l’article R. 5126-9 ;

2° La reconstitution des médicaments radiopharmaceutiques ;

3° La mise sous forme appropriée à leur utilisation des médicaments radiopharmaceutiques prêts à l’emploi.
