The optician, if he considers it justified, will recommend a medical consultation, particularly in the event of discomfort expressed by the patient following the use of the product delivered.

L’opticien-lunetier délivre, à la demande du patient et à titre gratuit, un conseil pertinent, ciblé, approprié et individualisé aux heures et jours figurant sur le site.

L’opticien-lunetier, s’il l’estime justifié, recommande une consultation médicale, notamment en cas d’inconfort exprimé par le patient, faisant suite à l’utilisation du produit livré.
