Article R4371-1-2 of the French Public Health Code

Articles R. 4333-7 and R. 4333-8 are applicable to dieticians, subject to the following adaptations:

1° In the first paragraph of article R. 4333-7, the words: “de l’article L. 4333-1-1” are replaced by the words: “de l’article L. 4371-5-1” and the words: “in article L. 4333-1” are replaced by the words: “in article L. 4371-5”;

2° In 2° of article R. 4337-7, before the words: “the wording and address”, the words: “where applicable” are added.

Article R4371-1-2

Les articles R. 4333-7 et R. 4333-8 sont applicables aux diététiciens, sous réserve des adaptations suivantes :

1° Au premier alinéa de l’article R. 4333-7, les mots : ” de l’article L. 4333-1-1 ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” de l’article L. 4371-5-1 ” et les mots : ” à l’article L. 4333-1 ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” à l’article L. 4371-5 ” ;

2° Au 2° de l’article R. 4337-7, avant les mots : ” le libellé et l’adresse ”, sont ajoutés les mots : ” le cas échéant ”.
