Article R4422-2 of the French Public Health Code

Chapter IV of Title I of Book II of this Part Four, in the version resulting from Decree No. 2022-381 of 16 March 2022, is applicable to Wallis and Futuna, subject to the following adaptations:

1° The words: “prefect of the department” and “regional prefect” are replaced by the words: “senior administrator, representative of the State in Wallis and Futuna”;

2° The word: “department” is replaced by the words: “islands of Wallis and Futuna”;

3° The words: “regional health agency” are replaced by the words: “Wallis and Futuna health agency”.

Le chapitre IV du titre Ier du livre II de la présente quatrième partie dans sa version issue du décret n° 2022-381 du 16 mars 2022 est applicable à Wallis-et-Futuna, sous réserve des adaptations suivantes :

1° Les mots : “ préfet du département ” et “ préfet de région ” sont remplacés par les mots : “ administrateur supérieur, représentant de l’Etat à Wallis-et-Futuna ” ;

2° Le mot : “ département ” est remplacé par les mots : “ îles de Wallis-et-Futuna ” ;

3° Les mots : “ agence régionale de santé ” sont remplacés par les mots : “ agence de santé de Wallis-et-Futuna ”.
