When the upper exposure values defined in 2° of Article R. 4431-2 are exceeded, the employer shall draw up and implement a programme of technical or work organisation measures aimed at reducing exposure to noise, taking into account, in particular, the measures mentioned in Article R. 4434-1.
Lorsque les valeurs d’exposition supérieures, définies au 2° de l’article R. 4431-2, sont dépassées, l’employeur établit et met en œuvre un programme de mesures techniques ou d’organisation du travail visant à réduire l’exposition au bruit, en prenant en considération, notamment, les mesures mentionnées à l’article R. 4434-1.
