I.-The order referred to in article L. 444-3 may provide for an increase in fees in the overseas departments and collectivities, in order to take account of the particular characteristics and constraints of each territory and the resulting conditions of practice for the professionals established there. The rate of increase thus set is intended to bring the average profit and loss account of professionals based in these departments and collectivities closer to the average profit and loss account target referred to in article R. 444-7.
