Article R444-4 of the French Commercial code

The orders provided for in Article L. 444-3 set the rates mentioned in article R. 444-1 for a reference period.

However, during the reference period, a joint order of the Minister of Justice and the Minister responsible for the economy may set the emolument applicable to a service not listed in article Annexe 4-7, prior to its inclusion in the list provided for in 1° of Article R. 444-3 and the publication of the order issued pursuant to the first paragraph.

Les arrêtés prévus à l’article L. 444-3 fixent les tarifs mentionnés à l’article R. 444-1 pour une période de référence.

Toutefois, au cours de la période de référence, un arrêté conjoint du ministre de la justice et du ministre chargé de l’économie peut fixer l’émolument applicable à une prestation ne figurant pas dans l’article annexe 4-7, avant son insertion dans la liste prévue au 1° de l’article R. 444-3 et la publication de l’arrêté pris en application du premier alinéa.
