Article R444-51 of the French Commercial code

The service of documents abroad gives rise to the collection of a flat-rate fee when a document is drawn up recording the date of transmission of the request for service.

Any additional services required by the ministerial officer to prepare the documents transmitted for service do not give rise to any other remuneration.

La signification des actes à l’étranger donne lieu à la perception d’un droit forfaitaire lorsqu’il est établi un acte constatant la date de transmission de la demande de signification ou de notification.


Les prestations complémentaires qui s’avéreraient nécessaires de la part de l’officier ministériel à la préparation des actes transmis pour signification ou notification ne donnent lieu à aucune autre rémunération.
