Article R444-6 of the French Commercial code

The relevant costs are assessed globally for each profession as the difference between the turnover and the result of that profession, multiplied by the coefficient corresponding to the share of costs attributable solely to regulated activities in the total costs of the profession.

This coefficient is deemed to be equal to the share of regulated turnover in the profession’s turnover.

Les coûts pertinents sont évalués globalement pour chaque profession comme la différence entre le chiffre d’affaires et le résultat de cette profession, affectée du coefficient correspondant à la part des coûts imputables aux seules activités régulées dans les coûts totaux de la profession.


Ce coefficient est réputé égal à la part du chiffre d’affaires régulé dans le chiffre d’affaires de la profession.
