Article R4444-4 of the French Labour Code

The results of the assessment of the levels of mechanical vibration or of the measurement are made available to the members of the social and economic committee and to the company doctor.
They are also made available, at their request, to the Labour Inspectorate, to agents of the prevention departments of social security organisations and to agents of the health, safety and working conditions organisations mentioned in article L. 4643-1.

Les résultats de l’évaluation des niveaux de vibrations mécaniques ou du mesurage sont tenus à la disposition des membres du comité social et économique ainsi que du médecin du travail.
Ils sont également tenus, sur leur demande, à la disposition de l’inspection du travail, des agents des services de prévention des organismes de sécurité sociale et des agents des organismes de santé, de sécurité et des conditions de travail mentionnés l’article L. 4643-1.
