Article R4446-2 of the French Labour Code

When a worker is suffering from an identifiable illness or condition considered by the occupational physician to be the result of exposure to mechanical vibrations in the workplace, the physician will inform the worker of the results and interpretation of the medical examinations he has undergone.

Lorsqu’un travailleur est atteint d’une maladie ou d’une affection identifiable, considérée par le médecin du travail comme résultant d’une exposition à des vibrations mécaniques sur le lieu de travail, ce travailleur est informé par le médecin des résultats et de l’interprétation des examens médicaux dont il a bénéficié.
