Article R4451-105 of the French Labour Code

The employer shall inform the labour inspector referred to in Article L. 8112-1 and, as appropriate, the Nuclear Safety Authority or the delegate for nuclear safety and radiation protection for defence-related installations and activities at the end of any radiological emergency requiring the intervention of a worker assigned to the first group.

L’employeur informe l’agent de contrôle de l’inspection du travail mentionné à l’article L. 8112-1 et, selon le cas, l’Autorité de sûreté nucléaire ou le délégué à la sûreté nucléaire et à la radioprotection pour les installations et activités intéressant la défense à l’issue de toute situation d’urgence radiologique ayant nécessité l’intervention d’un travailleur affecté au premier groupe.
