Article R4451-36 of the French Labour Code

During the building and civil engineering operations referred to in articles R. 4532-1 et seq., the client or, where applicable, the project manager, provides the health and safety coordinator referred to in article L. 4532-4 with the information relating to the risk due to ionising radiation, necessary for him to carry out his duties.

Lors d’opérations de bâtiment et de génie civil prévues aux articles R. 4532-1 et suivants, le maître d’ouvrage ou, le cas échéant le maître d’œuvre, communique au coordonnateur en matière de sécurité et de protection de la santé mentionné à l’article L. 4532-4 les éléments relatifs au risque dû aux rayonnements ionisants, nécessaires à l’exercice de ses missions.
