The employer shall make the results of the checks provided for in this section available to the health professionals referred to in the first paragraph of Article L. 4624-1 and to the Social and Economic Committee.
It shall provide the Social and Economic Committee with an assessment of these checks at least once a year.
L’employeur tient les résultats des vérifications prévues à la présente section à la disposition des professionnels de santé mentionnés au premier alinéa de l’article L. 4624-1 et du comité social et économique.
Il communique au moins annuellement un bilan de ces vérifications au comité social et économique.
