Article R4451-84 of the French Labour Code

I – The occupational physician may obtain the results of the checks provided for in section 6 of this chapter which he deems necessary to assess the state of health of workers.

II – An occupational health physician who finds that a worker is contaminated by one or more radionuclides when he receives the results of one of his prescriptions shall inform the employer and the radiation protection advisor.

I.- Le médecin du travail peut se faire communiquer les résultats des vérifications prévues à la section 6 du présent chapitre qu’il juge nécessaires pour apprécier l’état de santé des travailleurs.

II.- Le médecin du travail qui constate une contamination d’un travailleur par un ou des radionucléides lorsqu’il reçoit les résultats d’une de ses prescriptions, en informe l’employeur et le conseiller en radioprotection.
